Allocate your Mafia Wars Skill Points wisely, you will get a better improvement if you know the ways:

Energy, Energy, Energy

Should you want to power level quickly, then you need to dump the skill points into nothing but energy until around level 200. This is very useful even with the Fearless’ character. Energy reduction benefit on Fearless type is based on their level, you need to know that energy is everything to all types. For building a stronger character you can put points in attack and defense early on but it will be a lot slower to level.

Mafia Wars Skill Points for Attack and Defense
You do not need to put the points for attached and defense unless you have got level more than 200. After 200 Then start slamming points into attack and defense. Once you have reach 200, you should have a full 501 members in your mafia and need to be very well equipped.

Skill points for Health
This stat is all but useless since you have access to healing just about any time you want it. If you want to get the bulletproof achievement then you need to go for it, If not then don’t waste points here.

Skill Point for Stamina
You need to start looking at stamina when you have decided that it is time to start on the offense and begin to fight.
